What was a Concentration Unit

I have a copy of a 1948 memo addressed to the Burgomaster of Delfzijl in Holland. It mentions that HQ DDGR+E Western Europe have amended the records of certain RAF aircrew buried in Holland. The memo is signed by Capt. G? F Douglas OC 5Sec 90GCU. Although I cant be certain it appears that GCU is Graves Concentration Unit.

Can anyone confirm this or tell me where I might find this information? Also can anyone tell me what DDGR+E Western Europe was?

Can't find a reference to 90 GCU in the WO171 series, but then again, it's a big series - did the RAF have their own units for this purpose perhaps and therefore may be filed under 'AIR' or similar?
