What if aspects of the reconstructed Army Group Centre were redeployed in early February 1945?

    In our timeline they were in Czechoslovakia but I'm thinking they could've potentially been used in an early Operation Spring Awakening to relieve Budapest before it falls, or even to defend Germany from Soviet or Western Allied invasion

    With a defeated army and a destroyed infrastructure against truly insurmountable odds, it no longer matters
    Then they would simply have been badly smashed there.
    The only difference: the graves of the fallen would now be somewhere else
    That's it, end of story
