    Mr Jinks Bit of a Cad

    Anchor found in Dunkirk with accompanying Plaque , Look to the right fluke for the swastika . It was actually a trade mark for the anchor manufacturer BYERs of SUNDERLAND .

    There`s quite a few surviving examples in this country and around the world . One in particular caused issues in Canada because of peoples ignorance of the alternative history of the Swastika symbol .

    From a 1937 motor trade catalogue. I'd have assumed that the symbol was becoming a little contentious by then. It's the only lock in the Zeni range that is marked in this way. Apparently after the war they made the locks for Bristol Cars.
