OK, I'll bite! What are fags? I sure hope it's not one of what we call fags over here in the US. fftopic: Rn't your 'fags' written with double g
yep,nudge,nudge.lee. Hehe I've smoked from 13 years from time to time but in late high school I give up, sigh :p
Santa was kind this year; I got the ATB book on Blitzkrieg in the West, a PSP with MOH and the Axis & Allies mini game. However, I have children, so have spent about 5 mins on these today, and the rest building Playmobil stuff! Great day - hope you all had an equally good one.
ATB book on Blitzkrieg in the West I didn't get that as such but in-laws gave me the money to buy it with. I''l have to order it soon. EDIT: Ordered, hope to have it at New Year.
A little translated facsimile of the German guide to Britain from 1940, supposedly prepared by the OKW as part of the Sealion planning. The rather magnificent (if very nerdy) research squad guide to the first part of the Wheatcroft Collection's current Panther restoration, ridiculously detailed & very nicely photographed (£16,000 for a set of torsion bars! £40,000 for 3 sets of Engine valves! ). Some nice kits, & in a similar vein, the means to finally buy a decent Iwata airbrush & compressor .
Absolutely nothing again (though I did get my son MoH2 for his/my PSP!). I'm notoriously difficult to buy for at birthdays and Christmas as anything that I want/need, I tend to get myself throughout the year so we've an agreement that Christmas is for the kids and therefore , we just concentrate on them. A good few years since I got anything war related from anyone anyway. Dave
Hi folks I got ww2 book set Dam Busters, Colditz , Bomber Command, Station X, Cockleshell Heroes. So plenty reading ahead.
A good few years since I got anything war related from anyone anyway. Dave Blimey Dave - you're making me cry now. :frown: Carry on like that and we'll have to have a whip-round for you next year!
Carry on like that and we'll have to have a whip-round for you next year! Now that is a damn good idea! Please feel free to do so. (Actually, I did get myself a set of French trenchmaps that arrived in the post on Christmas Eve so I suppose I did get something war related this Christmas - or is that cheating?) Dave
I was in bed with flu! So it was a shite christmas for me!! However, on the pressie front,:indexCANAHAIH: I got LinesMan and a GPS PDA :indexCANAHAIH:. So all I want to do now is go to France and Belgium and test the system.
