We all like to keep it friendly on here, that's part of the charm of the place , but recently I've noticed a slight trend in a few threads where new members have chosen not to post in Intros but have gone directly to asking a question in a specific sub-forum. Say hello by all means, but add something more relevant first if you can especially if a few others have already rolled out the mat; think about how the poor person must feel getting all excited about a response to their query, only to find yet more well-intentioned "welcomes". So if the nitty gritty in an Non-Intro thread is in danger of being swamped, save the simple 'hello and welcome' for a VM instead. Cheers
