Warrant Officer Class 2 FJ Edwards, Royal Artillery and the number 821653

    Hi JJS

    Unfortunately they never provide enough information to help track down his basic information. The only way might be through his military records but even there without birth or death details I doubt any progress can be made.
    I would guess that he must have lived in the vicinity of where the medals were found, or at least his family, so the chances are he probably died in that area or close to it.

    821653 EDWARDS Frederick Joseph.
    There is a Frederick Joseph EDWARDS whose death was registered at Glenrothes in 1973 aged 60.
    I can't find a birth for him registered in Scotland in 1913.
