War Movies/Series You HAVE To See!

my Australian ex used to go on about it all the time, she spoke very highly of it.

I wish i knew why tv stations seem to be unable to get the rights?

Anyone know who to contact thanks? I'm sure History Television would love to air Anzacs.

 

If your a brit todays radio times has an insert with a few in including family at war..tenko..danger uxb and other box sets.

 

One movie that I haven't seen in years is "Battle of Netetva". but as I recall it was quite good

It's actually kind of interesting. Apparently Picasso painted the movie poster. His fee was a case of the best Yugoslav wine!

 

Perhaps it wasn't as much as 40 years ago
Pity I can't receive TVO here in Holland. Would like to find out if I still think it is impressive.

I do believe there is a thread on here about that very film......Also if you have an interest in that campaign there was a whole documentary made in Australia posted on here by the maker too that was rather well made.
