My anger is not directed at that couple as you can see that they are people who have no respect for others.

What about all the other people who saw them?

Quote. He was arrested when detectives recovered CCTV showing the plaque being wheeled away and loaded onto a train in Ladywell, southeast London, by him and his accomplice.<

It is a six minute walk from the church to the station.
Train Journey five mins with two stops.
Then six minute walk to scrapyard.

    Yet No one reported them.

Quote. But the trader became suspicious about the 44kg plaque - worth £90 to £100 as scrap - and told Ms Clitheroe and Mr Kelly to leave when he realised what it was.>

It seems as if this was not reported at the time.

If only someone had had the courage to to intervene at the time this Plaque would be back on the wall where it belongs.
