    Reading is in Berkshire. :)

Might be able to do Black Bourton, I did the RCAF ones for Maple Leaf Legacy Project years ago. That was pre-digital days.

    Andy,

Sorry not to have got on with the other Oxfordshire graves but I will do something soon!

Black Bourton is just around the corner from where I live, so I could cover those if Owen is happy with that.

Well here you go, I've moved places into different counties again! Must be the jet lag, and I was always bad at geography.

    No hurry!

    Afternoon,

These are the shots from Black Bourton of Williams and Coleman plus some general shots. I thought I had taken photos of all the 1940's graves but I can't find Dwyer here. Is there any information on where his grave might be, Andy? All of the 1940's burials are in a group to the left of the entrance and there is a separate group of post-war burials on the right. I quickly scanned the remainders as they did not appear to be CWGC graves but might have missed one.

There are 3 Aussie flyers from WW2 (1 RAF) buried in 2 cemeteries in Oxfordshire that are still to be photographed. If you can take photographs of headstones or know somebody that can, please let me know.

    Spidge,

To be pedantic, these graves are now in Berkshire (and have been since the boundary changes of 1974), in or around Reading. It might attract volunteers in that part of England if this were re-posted under a Berkshire thread. Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for those. Looks very peaceful, and tidy. I only have whats posted on Dwyer, thats what I got from CWGC!. It may be he does not have CWGC headstone, but in a fmaily plot, i've found that on a number of occasions. Even found one where found family plot and he wasnt even commemorated!

    Thanks again

    Andy

OK, Andy, a pleasure. I can always go back at a later date to look for Dwyer. Might even get around to Botley soon!

thanks for those, in the words of Monty Burns 'Excellent' ! and beautiful weather too, I would have been a headstone hunting too, but had to go for my Annual MOT on me 'mince pies'.... but another cemetery off me list!

as for the Polish fella, possibly wounds received, or was death attributed to WW2 service?

    Thanks again

    Andy

PS. I am intrigued about the curried eggs, I presum ehty had some debilitatiing effect!
