War Graves in the UK - Isle of Wight

    There is (1) RAAF lad buried on the Isle of Wight. If you can take a photograph of the headstone or know someone that can, please let me know.

    Sorry can't help with a photo but I've come up with the following info.....

    7 June 1944.

    181 Squadron.
    Typhoon 1b. JR224.
    P/O. G E. Rendle +

    Encountered flak. Baled out into the Channel but did not survive.

    FCL Vol.3 - Franks.
