I have your men from Ilford, City of London and Woodgrange Park on my list of 'TO DO!'
Hopefully within the next couple of weeks, depending on work, as all three are nearby

    Regards

    Andy

PS. Lapugnoy appears to be in France!

    Thanks Andy,

Must have captured Lapugnoy in error when I did the sort. Put a name next to it for someone who was doing some graves in the area.

Thanks for bringing it to my notice. Not enough sleep is a bad enemy when on the laptop.

Heres Cecil Watts, luckily the chap who worked for the cemetery, which is privately owned, knew exactly where he was, and also looked up the other chap I was looking for. As you can see the headstone is quite worn!

I will send the lot by email as well!

    Regards

    Andy

Here is Edgar Reading from Ilford (Buckingham Road) Cemetery. I could not find any grave, I have never seen such a numbering system! It was not in any order as far as I could see.

Pics are from Screen wall behind Screen of Sacrifice.

Is this saying that they are actually buried there somewhere however with no headstone they are remembered on the screen wall?

    Picked this up on google:

I have your chap on a list of things to do/find out. I am not sure what cemetery he nmight be in as there are a number of cemeteries in Ilford and when I rang the council earlier this week they gave me a number to ring which unfortunately went unanswered at the time!
It would appear that as he is a civilian casualty they (CWGC)just have him as buried in the Municipal Borough of Ilford!

Leave it with me and I will endeavour to find him!

    Regards
