    Don't be worrying at all....it had been a while since I'd last been on this forum because I was busy trying to research my Paternal family tree which is further complicated when your great Grandmother marries twice and there's a half family connection to take into consideration too! Plus have been working away on the Inniskilling Diaries, so will have more time on my hands to read All Hell on the Irrawaddy. Have Amazon prime so will take a look.

    We are under Covid-19 lockdown of sorts here in Melbourne. This has given me time to take another look at this website.Thank you so much for your postings, and the kind offer of assistance. You are right, your grandfather is likely to have be a mate of my dad. I will take a look at WW2 BURMA RESEARCH. I think that my nephew, Daniel McGInley, may also be a memeber.
