vulcan restoration

    Work starts today on restoring the vulcan at a nearby museum

    Im on the team!

    Will try to post progress shots as we go along in the coming months

    Great to hear of any restoration work on historic aircraft , even better to hear of young people getting involved .they dont come much bigger than a V Bomber , best of luck and enjoy the challenge , cant wait to see some photo's.

    I hope so, but its had no work done on it in about twenty years, so it will be a miracle of it does fly

    it has sat in the same position since it was put there in 83

    Its a cracking little video

    Theyve basicallt built a transport and military museum around it on the old airfield
