Uploading Photos

Hi there,

When I try to upload imaes of my grandad's record to an album, I'm invariably getting 'upload failed'. What am I doing wrong?

Try opening a word document, then copy photo and paste onto word document
Then try and upload
You may lose a little bit of the definition of the picture but hopefully that may work

Thanks all. I'll have a look at the link. They are big files - I suspected that might be an issue.
