Ah - wish I had seen this a few weeks ago, my husband has just returned from a trip with work, and spent a lot of time at the Thiepval Memorial. I shouldn't think any of the photographs he did take would be of much use to you, but he should be going out there again early next year - if you haven't finished your list before then, I'll make sure to get in touch before he goes.

 

No worries South, fortunately Thiepval is visited on a regular basis by other forum members.
