Hi guys , I hope you can all help me here. I received these 2 pins a few months ago , I’m not sure what they are but I do know they are German. I would also like to know of their value because someone told me I should get them insured.
I added 4 pictures so you could tell me what they are and what the numbers on the back mean. I would also like your opinion on the condition of the pins , they look very nice to me.
Thanks a lot guys ! have a great day !!

The first is a Hitler youth proficiency badge (?).

The H badge with the arrow head.
    A "HJ-Fuhrersportabzeichen" - A "Sports Honour Badge".
Approx 15,000 such awards made , value around $350-400.
    ( From Detlev Niemann's Orders and Decorations 2nd edition , (2005).

It is a HJ Proficiency Badge , it came in three classes, Iron, Bronze and Silver.
The number on the arrow is the serial number which was recorded in the recipient's qualification book. Also on the reverse is the RZM manufacturer's control number, the RZM or Reichszeugmeisterie authorised the production of awards for the Nazi party. Each maker had their own number. M 1/ 101 was Gustav Brehmer.

James,I think you've confused the above badge with this one.

I'll go with the Hitler Youth Achievement badge.
