    Hi guys

I recently found some artifacts (Northern France, border) that makes me think of a airplane crashsite... I found 2 tags together, and in a radius of 30-40 metres I found a lot of pieces of aluminium (pleated, broken, exploded, molten...) in all sizes and shapes, some are khaki painted or numbered...

The two tags are in my mind the most interesting and useful items. Maybe they can help us to identify it?

IF, could these 2 tags be linked to a type of airplane and even to one specific?

    Thanx for helping me out

    grtz

    Hello ,

Possibly a Lancaster . Have a look at France-Crashes 1939-45 and choose your departement , your bomber is most certainly in the list .
