    Just for the sake of accuracy (the Mail seems not so good at that when it comes to WW1 features...), the tunnels were built by the New Zealand Tunnelling Company, New Zealand Engineers, rather than British soldiers. It's a very impressive place; my Great Uncle sheltered in them in April 1917. Glad to see they are finally, properly open.
