Clive, the reheat 'crackle' makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
I could live with that every day (as long as it was after about 7am).

A friend sent this to me taken from his car as the Typhoons were landing.

21.20 Hornchurch, 2 Typhoons passed over Hornchurch weaving but heading generally West. Could only see their nav lights but from the noise it must have been Typhoons.

    Hello Mike
Today is the first day I have heard/seen them since they arrived
    3 times today

However if they take off over the A40 they would hang a left or right to travel round the London perimeter I would not hear/see them.

1 Chinook yesterday afternoon pretty low

the site below will eventually log all the movements
    Northolt website

    regards
    Clive

Thanks Clive, added the site to my favourites.

I wonder if they have seen the Goodyear blimp - it's based at Damyns Hall airfield, Upminster presently (seems to visit for a week or two most years) and was flying earlier, possibly to overfly Wembley. It is nicely lit up on evening flights.

Two birds with one payment, lease back the old girl XH558 - stealth technology she could creep up on would be terrorists and play the game fairly. Bomb bay full of copies of the human rights act and extradition avoidance for beginners.
