Grim statistics but despite our external perceptions, it is THEIR problem to deal with. Many right wing Americans would immediately dismantle the substantial social programs in our own countries because they are equally passionate about how misguided they believe that is. Domestic issues are best left to the folks who have to live with the consequences.

 

Helluva a problem to deal with. A recent statistic states that there are some 300 million guns spread among a population of 330 million.

And even more have died in vehicle wrecks.

Right so.

I own...several. A couple of them are of the type of which Mr. Obama is most afraid.

300 million sounds like a low number.

Perfect opportunity for a U.N. peacekeeping force, led by the French, to intervene and disarm all those gun toting Yanks and save them from themselves.
