Trouble loading Drew5233's pictures of Nieppe

    The top inch loads then nothing...tried waiting ages to no avail. I guess they are large files??? :(
    It is only his recent visit pics that do not load, the headstones come up OK

    Missed this.
    No idea.

    Some of the shots don't load fully for me at first, grey bar at the bottom. Page refresh & waiting seems to sort it - presumably just imageshack being a tad slow, there are after all a lot of photos.

    I seldom even bother with Drews photo's now. I can virtually never get them to unfurl, no matter what. Great pity because he covers such interesting subjects.

    Is it Imageshack? I never use them. I seem to think I've looked at other shots hosted with them before though.

    I suspect the sheer size of the images he tries to presentmay be knackering those of us without Megabyte's of speed.

    With this in mind, when presenting a shot on a forum, I always wrap it down to 500 x 500 pixels on this Easy Thumbnails Software -- Free thumbnail utility from Fookes Software

    Plenty big enough for fora and unload nicely what ever speed the viewer has.
