Next month, I shall be spending 4 full days in Leiden. Any suggestions for sites to visit especially WW2 related. I see that Rotterdam and The Hague are easily reached by train. I have previously been to Eindhoven, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Haarlem and Venlo areas.
Agreed. Arnhem is only about 90 minutes by train from Leiden so an easy day trip. However I would suggest taking the No 1 trolleybus from outside the Station to Oosterbeek where you will find the Airborne Museum and the War Cemetery.
