'Tipperary' Ghosts of the BEF marching through the Lille Gate Ypres Ieper

    HI Guys,

    I thought I'd share my recent 'Ghost of' drawing, this one depicts soldiers from teh BEF marching through the Present day 'Lille Gate'

    You know Soren, I like these ghost pics you do. They have something about them. But have you thought making them look more transparant by drawing the background lines through them? I might even have a go myself and post what I come up with. :unsure:

    I've just sussed out what I'm gonna draw. I'm gonna have a look through my books an find a decent pic of two soldiers sat together, then draw a ghost of a fallen comrade sat either next to them or protecting them. I'll post the pic in due course. Maybe in a week or so.

    You mean something similar to this then?

    I saw an origina many years ago but the wife wouldn't let me buy it, new child, no money etc! Now can I find it, no. But she did get someone to draw it for me, an amateur artist and its sitting on my bookcase as I type!

    Hi Andy. Yeah something like that. That's a really good painting. I like the idea of a WW1 plane along side the spit. Very nice.
