Tipperary club etc.

    Just 'rediscovered' these among Dads things, Tipperary club ticket, leave pass etc, posted just for interest.

    There were also other clubs & places of entertainment to be found in Cairo & Alexandria as pages 19 & 20 of my Album show.

    Open 8.30 a.m. - 11 p.m.
    The club is above Creco's shop, at the corner of Sharia lbrahim Pasha, opposite Ezbekieh Gardens entrance.
    The amenities of the club include air-conditioned tea rooms and balcony overlooking Ezbikish Gardens, reading rooms with easy chairs, ping pong and darts, barber's shop and showers. and a Musky shop form which purchases may be despatched home. Films are developed and printed, watches repaired and there is a small lending library. There are facilities for telephoning.
    The menu consists of tea, coffee, Harlicks, Ovaltine, hot and cold, milk shakes, ice cream sodas, Ices, fruit salad, minerals, home-made lemonade, cold ham and tongue, sandwiches, salads, hot futtered toast, eggs; cakes etc.
