    Hi Rabbit!
I att. a Now and Then photo from a place in Norway (Bagn) where one of my relatives was KIA 23 april 1940, and it would be great if you could edit it to "one" photo ...

I would concur with this. Unfortunately, without some explanation of where and when the photographs were taken it is virtually impossible to make sense of them and / or put them into the wider context of the war.

    Otherwise, thanks for your efforts.

    Hi Rabbit and welcome.
I have seen examples of these 'ghost' images on several sites and they fascinate me. A huge amount of skill (and time and equipment) involved, not to mention getting the 'now' image exactly right. A difficult task in itself.
I agree captions would be very helpful and I hope you post some more examples of your excellent work.

Brilliant concept and beautifully executed !

Now, having seen what you can do, would you like to have a go at any of these ?

First of all go here http://www.ww2talk.com/forum/barracks/6725-time-travel-5.html
(to see what it's all about, see my posting #42)
You might also consider if anything could be done with the two images shown on that thread ?

Then have a look at two images of Piazza Goldoni which I show below.

The first is a snap I took in 2007, the second is an old, undated postcard I found on the internet.

Many thanks and only if you have the time to spare :)

    Ron
