Jonathan Ball It's a way of life.

I'm currently reading and enjoying immensely Stephen Bungay's history of the Battle of Britain The Most Dangerous Enemy. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any stories of civilians who were wounded or even killed by falling spent shell casings or cartridges from the aerial fighting taking place above them?
