Apologies if this information has been posted elsewhere. Use this link to access a fascinating e-book that holds a collection of sketches, postcards, photographs and hand written text of British soldier and artist Len Smith deployed to France in 1915 with the 7th Battalion, London Regiment. The controls allow you to zoom in for a clearer view of the material.

Great War Artist Len Smith - Home

There are some 350 pages avalable - access to the first 37 pages is free. A subscription of nearly £10 unlocks the rest of the book, altough you can see thubnails of every page.

    Well worth a look.
