I've just read in our Sky magazine that was delivered today that the whole 10 part series of Pacific will be shown on Sky Movies Premier and in HD early in 2010 !

Read this is showing the middle of march. Rumour has it they $200m budget. There is a bit about it in this months 'Total Film'.

HBO is the production company-They made Band of Brothers and the same ish team I believe have made this.

It starts showing on Sky Movies over Easter.

I think the Beeb co-produced BoB (as it was filmed here and half the cast were British) which is why we got to see it on lowly terrestrial telly. I'll be waiting for the boxset as well...
