    "Lt. Col J.Y.E. Myrtle who is arranging co-operation with Tanks at a carrier at (map ref) 647126 is killed by shell which also killed Lt. Col BEDFORD comd 152 Field Regiment, R.A. and wounding Lt. Col WHEELER comd of 2/4 K.O.Y.L.I."
