This is a clip from the movie 'Brat - 2' or 'Brother - 2'. It was a hit film in the 1990's and early 00's, and I'm absolutely crazy about that particular song in the movie. The whole soundtrack is pretty solid as well, but that song just stands out. Hope you like it!
