Not for me, I'm just doing the same job I've done for over ten years. I'm rather embarrassed by it if I'm honest but I totally get the sentiment. Sadly though like anything it brings out the worst in people and I've seen numerous NHS workers feeling a sense of entitlement messaging companies for free things and asking for free coffee and food. Personally I feel quite lucky that I still get 100% of my pay at the end of the month and we (NHS Workers) should be looking out for those who have lost all their income or at best are now on 80% of their salary. Just my two cents
And by that I like/agree that it seems absolutely bonkers, bats, bloody minded on Sweden's part. Truly hope it doesn't bite the population there in the proverbial. Kind regards, always, Jim.
Well, that's me "fecked" as well. Andy - as an older retried NSH member I am saddened to learn that some folks have been looking for anything "free", whilst not seeking a medal ( if I were still in full-time employment) I would be greatly embarrassed if anyone offered me anything tea, coffee, mars bar for free. Without being ungrateful I would politely decline probably saying something like " we are all in this together", which we 100% are. On a serious note stay safe folks and look after yourselves you really don't want to have Mr. Andrew Newson coming knocking on your door so do the stay at home and do the handwashing thing. As a two-finger gesture to the microscopic little so and so.

A friend of mine was given the vaccine but it was one from a faulty batch. She contracted polio as a result and still uses a wheelchair.
Totally pissed off as our best mate's brest cancer treatment has come to a grinding halt at a vital stage thanks to CV19.
Last week, when faced by foodmageddon, we did a check on our larder to see what could sustain us. Hidden at the back was a pack of dates with a best by date of 2004. Delicious.
I have pretty much decided that I'm going to go out and support the licensed trade as soon as I'm allowed.
We'll be sorting our various cupboards in the next day or two so, John, you've got me wondering what goodies we will find. Similarly I wonder how many have rediscovered their antique Fray Bentos canned pies. They are, apparently, one of those products people buy 'just in case'. As that moment has now arrived......?
My old dear has one lurking in the cupboard with a pre-decimal price label. It's like an esteemed family heirloom - occasionally also used to frighten grandchildren.
I believe both Mexico and Brazil, combined population of 310 million, are doing nothing or have only just begun. Too late.
