Hoping to uncover what was in Paragraph 200 of the Territorial Army Regulations 1929. This regulation appears as a reason for discharge of the individual I'm interested in, and may be connected with age limitations: my man falsified his age and enlisted when still aged only 14 in 1928 for four years, but about a year later on 9 June 1929 was discharged under the above regulation, then re-enlisted the following day as a Reserve.
Any more details would be much appreciated..

Thanks for responding. More info as requested:
His name is Robert Leslie Minns. Date of birth 26 May 1913, but stated as 26 May 1910 in Royal Artillery Attestations 1883-1942, Army Book 358.
Enlisted 7 March 1928, service number 780426 in Territorial Army.
Discharged 9 June 1929. Cause of discharge stated as Paragraph 200, Territorial Army Regulations.
He re-enlisted as a Reserve in the Royal Artillery the following day.
Discharged again 17 January 1941 under Paragraph 390 (XVII) K[ings] R[egulations. This discharge I can understand, as it looks like a “discharge one day and commissioned the next” as in the London Gazette, issue 35069, page 799, dated 10 February 1941, he has been promoted to Lieutenant in the Royal Regiment of Artillery.
He's in the London Gazette again (issue 36225, page 4760, dated 29 October 1943). Entry reads “Lt. R. L. Minns (166437) relinquishes his comm[issio]n. on account of ill-health 27th Oct. 1943. and is granted the hon[ary]. rank of Capt[ain].”
It is the first discharge in 1929 I’m unclear about. Any suggestions appreciated.
