For what it's worth - The most recent issue of the Tank Museum Magazine has information about a second edition of The Tanks at Flers. The author's widow donated the copyright to the museum. She gave his archive to Stephen Pope (The First Tank Crews) and when he heard about a plan to reprint the book he "pestered" David Willey into agreeing on a second edition. Stephen writes in the article of unpublished documents which add to Trevor's original research and answer some questions identified by his book.
