This Polish website says that is a TK-3 not a TKS. Kampania Wrze¶niowa 1939.pl I've contacted the webmaster to ask what unit insignia that is.
The TKS was a direct derivative of the TK-3, the only real differences were a Fiat instead of a Ford engine, and slightly thicker armour resulting in it being 100kg heavier. Otherwise - for the OP's query - there's no real external difference apart from different armaments within marks. (Actually - "officially" there was NO "TK-3"....this was the name of the prototype accepted out of three "TK" designs that made it into metal in 1929. Officially it was known as the "TK", but for some reason the prototype's "TK-3" monicker gets commonly applied! )
Watching the video of it trying to line it up to get onto the flatbed, and obviously missing selecting a gear a couple of times, I couldn't help thinking.... my mother's driving that!
