Hello fellow WW2 fanatics, I want some sources/data regarding the important resources and raw materials that played a significant role during the ww2 for the countries involved.

I would really appreciate the data regarding their production amounts per year, anything regarding the trade (Imports & Exports) as to how much they exported and to which all countries.

Some of the examples of the resources being: Bauxite/Aluminum, Iron, Copper, Rubber, Manganese, Tungsten, Nickel, Chromium.

I got some of the data from Minerals Yearbook from the US. website but it didn't have all the data that I could get.

    Thanks in Advance!!

The British view is likely to be in one or some of these:

    HyperWar: United Kingdom Official Histories

Some of which might have been scanned on places like Internet Archive.

I appreciate it's not a very focussed answer but it'll certainly pass the time until someone who knows turns up...

Do the Americans have a similar layer of 'national' official histories above their service ones?

Hey thanks for your time and info. I went through the website but was not much helpful regarding the numbers that I am looking for. It has a lot of details but couldn't find the numbers regarding the different resources which I mentioned. I will keep digging more for the data that I require.

Again, thanks a lot for your time. Appreciate it! :)
