    DaveB came across this Australian connection in a Death notice. The subsequent research led me to this fantastic article of life of "The fortunate ones"

    The article goes through the history of the family and that of Henry who graduated Agriculture college in Australia and married an Australian and Charles Stratton Brown both pre and post war.

    His brother Charles was a Naval officer who survived the sinking of HMS Barham.
