The address appears to be a business premises occupied by a firm of accountants and acting a registered offices for many of their clients so it's likely that your man doesn't live there. Perhaps if you can provide more detail of who the guy is and why tou need to contact him someone might have some idea.
Mr Creed operated a local B&B, Oxford House Hotel, till 2011 when the company was dissolved. Since then the premises has been converted to a home to rent for holidays. The landline for the B&B is no longer in service. Given his age (71) he is unlikely to register a new business. His wife, Judith (72yrs) died in 2016, in a Lyme Regis care home and the estate was to be administered by a local solicitor in Mr Creed's name. If Mr Creed's accountants were located in Herston Cross House then it is very likely that he had a company "brass plated" by them - ie the official company address was Herston Cross House even though he was not present
You might like to try sending a letter to the local paper.Bournemouth Echo do a Swanage and Purbeck edition.Just seach and you will find the editors email. They also have a museum and ,I think, a History Society. Both might be worth an email. Swanage is a small town and long term residents know each other.

No obvious entries in the voters roll since then for Robin (Henry Anthony) CREED or Janis B CREED. There are no Janis or Robin Creeds in the GRO Death indexes 2016-2019, nor in the probates 2016-2020. The 2016 death seems to be for Judith Heather CREED, looks like she lived at 20 Coombe Street, Lyme Regis. She seems to be the widow of Robin's father & was Robin's stepmother.
