Small wooden plaque to SOE Agents. Surrey.

I took these yesterday. Wanborough is roughly 4 miles West from Guildford.

I took these today at Tilford Church. Wanborough is roughly six miles (As the crow flys) in a North-Westerly direction.

I have nothing but utter admiration for their immense courage behind enemy lines.

Hello Ron, Many thanks for your kind comments. I too have utter-admiration for the courage of these agents, what a terribly scary but exciting? time it must have been for all concerned. There are quite a few more plaques that I've yet to photograph, it's just trying to fit-it all in with work, or weekends. Best Wishes. Paul.

Hi Tom, Whilst looking for some other SOE information I discovered this plaque within Tilford Church. So, as I was going to Guildford on thursday I decided to make a slight detour to photograph this memorial plaque.
