Sherman tanks in the Red Army

    I've been reading Commanding the Red Army's Shermans by Dmitry Loza. His unit sure didn't have much trouble taking on the Panther and Tiger tanks with the Sherman. Interesting that both Soviet units that depended on the Sherman achieved Guard status.
