Shall Or Will

    At the going down of the sun and in the morning we shall remember them.

    or

    At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them.



    Can anyone tell me which is correct...

    I always thought that it was Kipling who wrote the lines. Also, it appears that i am using the version which appears on the cenotaph which has "shall" on it because of an error.
