    How the current toll (£5:60) compares with the 1966 toll;

    If you want to compare the value of a £0 2s 6d Commodity in 1966 there are four choices. In 2017 the relative:
    real price of that commodity is £2.21
    labour value of that commodity is £4.11
    income value of that commodity is £5.33
    economic share of that commodity is £6.44

    If you want to compare the value of a £0 2s 6d Income or Wealth , in 1966 there are four choices. In 2017 the relative:

    real wage or real wealth value of that income or wealth is £2.21
    labour earnings of that income or wealth is £4.11
    relative income value of that income or wealth is £5.33
    relative output value of that income or wealth is £6.44

    If you want to compare the value of a £0 2s 6d Project in 1966 there are three choices. In 2017 the relative:

    real cost of that project is £2.02
    labour cost of that project is £4.11
    economic cost of that project is £6.44

    Funny enough Steve I was watching Gavin and Stacy last night and the program aired circa 2008 and the toll then was £5.10p
