Hello I've just got my grandfather's service records and am ploughing through them. My main queries are about his postings and how I work out where he was now that I know what regiments he was in at the time. The records don't say precisely where he was posted during WW2, all I have in essence are the dates and what regiment he was in. I'm trying to find information on where specific regiments were posted and when.... 18 September 1940 409 Coastal Bty, RA 26 August 1941 541 C Regiment, RA 28 January 1943 520 C Regiment, RA He seemed to serve the whole war in the UK, so generally it just says UK when I look up the regimental information. Is there anyone who could help me with this? Thanks Liz

Hi Thanks very much for this, I am hoping to get to the NA at some point, this will make it a lot easier to find things. Liz
