Search for details of 51 Fd Regt RA (Westmorland & Cumberland Yeomanry)

Looking to find information of this unit around Benghazi. My wife's uncle 900385 Gunner Samuel Cutcliffe was killed on 23 December 1941 at the age of 22. The only info I have at present is that he was buried at Plot 2.C.4 in Benghazi War Cemetery. Any pointers will be very much appreciated. I do intend to apply for his service records, not sure if they would be available.
