Among my father's RN Records etc. there is one Form S45 made out and given him(by hand) when he made his last transfer duting WW2.This was in Aug 1945 when he was transferred from HMS UKUSSA back to the UK and HMS PEMBROKE This form shows his status re rank,trade,campaign pays as well as income tax and victualling,etc. Can any member tell me whether this form would have been issued on every transfer? jainso31
