Royal Garden party . July 1945 .

    At the end of the war, in June or July, 1945 there was a garden party at Buckingham Palace for POW's, hosted by the Queen. Stanford Tuck, a Battle of Britain ace later shot down and POW in stalag Luft 3, Belaria, attended, as did many pows such as my father. Any idea on how to determine details about this event?
