Hi all, I've been searching through the artillery attestation record's which include my Grandad (1476251 Gnr. R. C. Tidbury) ... he joined 75 S/L Regt. in 1939 just before the war started. Can anyone tell me if the number previous to him and after him were block allocated as per unit? As a few before and after I know served in his unit. Would this mean there was a specific set of number in sequence issued to the lads in 75 S/L Regt. Many thanks Dan Morris
