    Rob,

    I know he is from the Royal Canadian Artillery, but I did also post his headstone and records, as they all five died at 20 May 1945. I wonder what happened to these men. At 20 May 1945, the war was already over for about two weeks. Zwartewaal was, at the moment of the armistice, far beyond the frontline in German occupied territory. So they can't have died of wounds in a field hospital. Perhaps an accident?
