    Bob,

My Grandfather Lewis Clive Osborn served in the 113th LAA 370 during WW2. I have been researching his history as my family and I are travelling through Europe in September in an attempt to follow in his footsteps from Normandy through to Belsen.

The members of this forum have been extremely helpful and have assisted me in getting the 113th war diaries as well as other information.

There is also a published diary on ibooks written by Ray Cave a gunner in the 370th battery which makes very interesting reading. https://itunes-apple.com/gb/book/normandy-to-berlin/id561518357?mt=11&Is=

I also have a diary written by the best friend of my Grandfather Dick Whitlock.

You may already have much of this information but if you would like to get in touch I would be happy to share it with you.

    Ed

My Grandfather was in the same battery and family history includes personally knowing Joe Louis - so I'd be interested in what this says in this can shed any light on the story.

    Hello Mr Buteman
I am researching my father Jack Shepherd who was a sergeant in 369 113 LLA. The War Diaries to Dec 1944 were immensely helpful and very much appreciated. If you have those for the move to Belsen I would be very grateful if you could post them.
    Regards

Hi John - My grandfather was also 113th 369, following on from research I have started to compile all the 113th details I have here, Bergen Belsen Concentration Camp – A NEW ONLINE ARCHIVE so you may be interested. Shepherd, Walter Ernest Arthur (Jack) in on the list, but if you have a photo of him that would be great to add.
