Can anyone give me some advice as to how I can trace an American soldier based at Richmond Barracks Surrey, He was still there in 1957? I am trying to trace a Roy Cellars or Sellars, he had a daughter here in Britain and she needs stem surgery urgently. I only have his name to go by and that he was from Tennessee Thanks
