The 2nd book I read regarding Auschwitz, but this time from the other side of the camp to Filip Muller at the Crematoriums. The story is of Kitty and her Mother who managed to survive the camp to return to England where her relatives here forbode her from talking of her life in the camp. A true story of survival of her time and work in *kanada, its difficult to appreciate even after reading the book how someone so young got through the days. *kanada was the store where all the victims possessions were sent to be sorted.

I saw her in the TV documentary of this time in her life some years ago now,a very brave, sincere lady,a Survivour
I have the book. It's tremendous. I saw part of the documentary. She took her son around the camp, and it was a shocking learning experience for him. Her video memoirs are on display at the IWM's Holocaust exhibition.
